If your Better Rimmed non-food merchandise arrive damaged, we will be happy
to replace or exchange them. Please contact us within 2 business days of
delivery and we will make the necessary arrangements. Food items are not
returnable due to health and safety concerns. Merchandise must be shipped to
our office in the original form; at which point a refund will be issued
to the purchaser.
