Lychee Martini

Moisten the glass by running a slice of lemon or preferably a marchiano cherry around the edge, then press firmly into a plate of Better Rimmed Lychee-Strawberry Rimming Dust.

• 1 oz Lychee Liqueur (Soho)
• 1 oz Mandarin Vodka
• Fill with Lime Bar Mix
• Shake and strain into rimmed Martini or Cocktail glass
• Garnish with a lime wedge or currents

Paradise Martini
