Pina Colada

Moisten the glass by running a slice of lemon or preferably a maraschino cherry around the edge, then press firmly into a plate of Better Rimmed Coconut-Cream Rimming Dust.

• 2 oz Coconut (Malibu) Rum
• 1 part Coconut cream or Pina Colada Mix
• 1 part Milk
• 1 part Pineapple Juice
• Add ice and shake or blend
• Pour into rimmed Martini or Cocktail glass
• Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a Cherry

Hypnotic Martini

• 1 oz Hypnotiq
• 1 oz Coconut (Malibu) Rum
• Add pineapple juice
• Add ice and shake or blend

Caribbean Martini

• 0.75 Godet White Chocolate Liqueur
• 0.75 Dark Crème de Cacao
• 0.75 Coconut (Malibu) Rum
• Shake and strain into rimmed Martini or Cocktail glass
• Garnish with whipped cream and a Hershey Kiss on a garnish sword

Purple Heaven

• 0.5 oz Blue Curacao
• 0.5 oz Melon Liqueur
• Fill with Cranberry juice
• Shake and strain into rimmed Martini or Cocktail glass
• Garnish with a slice of pineapple

Coconut-peach Martini

Moisten the glass by running a slice of lemon or preferably a maraschino cherry around the edge, then press firmly into a plate of Better Rimmed Coconut Cream Rimming Dust.

• 1 oz Coconut (Malibu) Rum
• 1 oz Peach Schnapps
• Equal amounts of Pineapple and Peach juice
• Shake and strain into rimmed Martini or Cocktail glass
• Garnish with a slice of pineapple or peach
